Heavy
clashes in Aden and Al-Dhale’a are reported and the humanitarian situation is
critical, with power cuts and water and fuel shortages further deteriorating
the humanitarian situation. Sana’a and Hodeidah are also reporting severe
shortages of fuel, creating challenges in the transportation of medicines and
health supplies.
Residential areas are still witnessing fighting’s and heavy arterially shelling. As reported, one school in Al-Buraiqah Districts is used for the purpose of IDPs settlement (more than 70 families). On the 5th of April, the emergency health operations room in Aden was aggressively intruded and staff was detained for a short time.
